The room was acceptable overall. However, none of the outlets for the bedside table lamps in room 206 were functional (just a heads up for management to investigate). This could be an inconvenience for guests who use CPAP machines. On the positive side, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the closed captioning feature on the TV worked well. Unfortunately, the bathroom floor was sticky, and the water pressure in the sink was very low, although the shower was nice. There were no cups provided for the in-room coffee, and there was no coffee available in the lobby. On a brighter note, the front desk staff were very friendly. Do NOT stay here. The hallways and room smelled disgusting. The elevator is broken, the lock on our room was broken off completely, the shower wouldn’t turn on, and when we did get it to finally turn on it wouldn’t drain, the bathroom fan does not work, the ac is SO loud, the pool was green and stinky, asked for towels and was given hand towels, front desk said they didn’t have anything else. All the outlets in the room were loose, phone charges fell right out when you plugged them in. Hooters is in the hotel- ordered take away from them and they didn’t give us silverware or napkins. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this place!!!
The location is great, conveniently situated right off the freeway, and there's ample parking available. It's nice to have a well-known national chain restaurant attached to the hotel. However, I was a bit taken aback by the noise from hotel guests; there were kids running in the halls until after midnight. Additionally, there was a lot of trash piling up, which didn't feel very sanitary, and it seemed like some guests were long-term residents. It's clear that the Clarion used to be a nice hotel, and it's disheartening to see it in such decline. On a positive note, the Hooters restaurant on the property is very convenient for food and drinks.
The hotel needs to be condemned. Nothing worked. Checked in room had not been cleaned. Moved us, AC didn't work. Moved us again. Door lock didn't work, plugs didn't work, shower head shot out the side which soaked room, hair in tub where was never cleaned TP was on floor. 5 children stuck in the hotel for over 45 mins. Staff never acted like they were concerned. Pool door didn't work. The hotel was decent, but the service left much to be desired. The front desk clerk prioritized phone calls and took about 20 minutes to assist us with our check-in. The shower head wasn't functioning properly, causing water to spray everywhere except where it was supposed to. In the middle of the night, the fire alarm went off for reasons unknown, and the staff seemed indifferent about whether they had called 911 or what we should do next. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
Check-in desk was vacant. Waited 15 minutes for someone to show up to check us in. Hooters is attached to hotel. Whole place is grimey with weird smells. Very loud air conditioner, sounded like a space ship. Toilet kept running for no reason. The only amenities we got were hand sanitizer and conditioner. No soap or shampoo. Bedding was dubious but we were too tired to switch hotels. And $75 security fee still on hold in my account five days later!!! Will NEVER stay here again.
This place is a hazmat disaster! Trash cans not emptied I'm the lobby. Dog allowed to roan the hallway and urinate wherever. Housekeeping picks up laundry that is piled in the hallways every other day. Carpets look like they have not been steam cleaned in years. Carpets look over 20 years old. Place looks like old hotel in Europe. Dirty feeling. Just disgusting! Do not stay unless this is all you can afford I travel all the time Top 10 worst hotel in 25 plus years of travel.
Dump!!!!! Nasty Dirty!! Needs complete renovation. Dog passing in hall way,trash left in hallway for over 2 days, dirty towels left in hallways for 2 days. Carpet looked 20 years old. 1 star is giving to much. Top 10 worst hotel I've been in in 30 years. Owner should be ashamed!Rooms: Beds were clean but rooms are out dated and smell from being old.Nearby activities: Hooters in hotel and then nothing under a mile to walk to.

The entire place needs to be renovated. Carpets are dirty, most electrical outlets in the room are worn out. The elevator has been broken for a long time. Our room shower was stuck in the burning position. I had to get a tool out the truck to change the settings so we would not burn. No breakfast, there was only one towel in the room. I would not recommend this hotel not even to my worse enemy.
