I’m never going back. I try my best to support small businesses as I have always had my own, and usually you get much better customer service by going somewhere local. I just left and I’m shaking my head at how rude the lady was that waited on me. She was short, and annoyed that I was even in there. Didn’t say hello, how are you, nothing. The food and smoothies are amazing but don't try to go in within an hour of closing time even for a to go. They will give you an attitude. I was there at 6:15 and they close at 7. I got a smoothie and a wrap TO GO and the lady that came out with my wrap had an attitude. This is not the first time this has happened there. I understand being nice and not going right before close but this was 45 minutes! I guess i just have to assume they close at 6 now if i don't wanna get an attitude. So annoying
The customer service today August 20 @7:05 am was not good at all. She was very rude and I couldn’t figure out why so nasty. The students when they’re there provide better customer service. I was very disappointed and will not return. This cause me to go out and get my own juicer. I was also charged $15 for a small juice which I have never paid before. Very Disappointed! Customer service matters!
Great. I really appreciate the fresh scent of the organic food. The restaurant is very clean. UPDATE MARCH 27th I doubt I will come back here. Waited 45 minutes for 2 wraps and when they finally arrived, they were both cold and falling apart.
