This place has gone downhill. If you don't pre-order, you will be waiting for ever. If you pre-order, you still might be waiting for a long time. They have nice tasting bagels and the quality is good, but their prices reflect this. Now if you want to order a loose bagel on walk in, it $5.75. Really!! Plus the girl taking the orders always gives me anxiety with how fast she talks, making you feel like you are taking too long, and they are too busy for you. It's not worth it for me anymore. I am done with this place!
