After dinner, we went to the lounge, Grand Bar and Salon, but it was full. So the staff suggested we try the Club Room. When we arrived, there were tables open, but the staff told us they could only seat us at the bar stools in the back room and that we would still have to pay a cover charge of $35. Unhappy by the way Jennifer treat me and my group. Jennifer was rude and she lied to bouncers, she is not professional if you don’t like or know how to maintain the work in crowd. Delicious food in a genteel quiet setting. Highly recommend. We didn't get the live piano, sadly. We had the kale parmesan salad, heirloom winter squash soup, grilled halibut (one of the best renditions I have ever had) and crab fettuccine. We finished off with a classic New York cheesecake. All were absolutely delicious. The menu was so deep we ordered the lobster Mac cheese and lobster grilled cheese to go. Highly recommend!
The Club Room was recommended by the concierge at the sister hotel where we stayed, as a spot for post-dinner drinks and music. The atmosphere was excellent, and the staff were helpful with reservations and upon our arrival. However, we were overcharged beyond a pre-agreed minimum, and Daniel and the team refused to correct the error on our credit card. This was very disappointing, and I cannot recommend this place.

An absolutely wonderful experience! The ambiance is both charming and lively, and the cocktails are excellent. The early evening jazz provides a perfect, delightful atmosphere. On top of that, the bartenders and servers are equally wonderful!
This lounge has a fantastic vibe. The live jazz is superb, perfectly complementing the atmosphere. The service is excellent, and the snacks and drinks are delicious.
