I came here on a Thursday night and we were seated very quickly. We ordered two orders of the Nam Vang with egg noodles and a bone soup. The Nam Vang tasted great and highly recommend if. However, the bone soup was terrible. The meat tasted really bad and seemed that it's been sitting there all day and wasn't fresh at all. The broth was really bland. I would avoid this dish at all costs. I would give this place negative 5 stars judging by the bone soup; however the Nam Vang was really good to somewhat make up for it. AVOID THE BONE SOUP!!!
Two years ago I rated this place 5 stars. They were closed during pandemic. My husband and I recently discovered that they have been reopened for dine in so we went back last weekend. The new servers are more polite and friendly. The foods taste even better than before. They are very generous with the meats and the vegetables as well. They are such a gem in that area. Grateful for such good noodles that reminded me of the authentic version noodles soup that We had in Vietnam.
I had an excellent experience with the Hu Tieu Nam Vang Phnom Penh noodles, prepared exactly how I enjoy them—with the clear noodles. The prices remain affordable compared to other places, and the quality is outstanding! The portions come generously filled with high-quality meat. Unfortunately, I'm on a pescatarian diet for the year, so I won't be able to visit as often; I used to come here weekly. Please note they only accept cash or Zelle for payment.
First time trying this place. Extremely unsanitary. Old napkins left from previous customers on table. Horrible customer service. Forgot an order and refused to check on status after 3 requests. Total or 3 orders but yet can't get 1 out of 3 right! They just brush you off. Negative rating is there is such an option.

I absolutely love their mi kho nam vang and hu tieu nam vang; I've been going to this restaurant for the past few days. The mi kho nam vang is so delicious that I've become addicted to it. The food is served quickly, so we don't usually have to wait long. Plus, it’s easy to find parking.
I just order Hu tieu nam vang. Told them no slice meat and replace them with shrimp. The guys order confirm and when I received the items. There are a lot of slice meat and no addition shrimp. They need to train the staff to listen and get the correct order.
Dope cambodian noodle in the heart of Westminster. I used to haver to drive to longbeach to go to noodle shack...no more. This place is just as good and much closer! Awesome noodle soup and will come again!
The taste of the Hu Tiu is just average. I came here based on good reviews, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. On the positive side, the service was fast and there was hardly any wait time.

Came here twice for egg noodles. Service not that great. There is similar restaurant to the east, less than block away that is better
Great spot . Taste is on point. Can get crowded sometimes.
