I was here last weekend and order a banana caramel crunch. The girl who mixed the ice didn't mix it well and used the same spoons that touched another customer order. I understand how the spoons work, but what I didn't like was how they continued to use the same spoon when she saw that it had different ingredients on it and thought it was good to mix it in my order. I was wasting my time.
No kids scoop?! Even though Cold Stone is supposed to be a family-friendly ice cream shop, they don't offer any unique flavors. My family definitely prefers Baskin-Robbins way more than Cold Stone! What kind of ice cream place doesn’t have a kids scoop? It’s ridiculous! (Written by a 10-year-old.)
Great items (if's it's not on the menu they'll make it for you), clean faculty and nice friendly service. It's the great businesses in West Sacramento we the residents need to frequent so they stay here in West Sacramento. Come on people let's live, shop and grow here in West Sacramento.
I find it frustrating that after spending $35 on ice cream with my kids, we have to stand outside to eat it. It's embarrassing that this place still lacks seating, both inside and outside. I’ll definitely be driving the 12 minutes to a more accommodating ice cream shop from now on. Réservez une table maintenant
The server who attended to me was incredibly kind! She personalized my cake with a lovely message and took the time to explain how I can earn rewards for my account with my purchase. The service was excellent, the restaurant was clean, and the cake was absolutely delicious!
Whether I go in, pull out or deliver, the employees at this location are absolutely amazing! I've never had a bad experience here and I'll keep giving them my business. You will not be disappointed!

This store still has no inside tables and chairs. They removed them during Covid, but have not restored them. Ridiculous!
