I had a terrible experience at this restaurant with my children. They were out of three items we wanted, which was fine, but it was the way the girl behind the counter treated us that was upsetting. She was unpleasant, rude, and confrontational. Given how many businesses are struggling, it makes sense for them to hire friendly staff. To make matters worse, the woman behind us turned around and left out of frustration. I will not be returning.
on Saturday, the 2nd april at 3 o'clock, I had an order of a crazy crowd of apples for my mother since we lived in ny. the girl on the theke was very friendly and polite and after my mother, when she placed the order, the manager was also excellent. but I do not doubt that a bit since his hired was very welcome. there are a few rocky mountain chocolate factories in nj, but that will be the one I'm going from here.
The service at this restaurant was quite disappointing. There was no organization, accountability, or communication; I didn't even receive a text message updating my order. The line stretched out the door, but I could tell the staff was overwhelmed. Unfortunately, this lack of professionalism isn't surprising, considering it's run by the owner's children.
We've been buying cakes here for years and they have always been great and just like the pictures, but the last 3 have been a disaster, way shorter than pictured, leaning on one side, they just don't look right and on top they increased the price on an already expensive cake. Will try the Morristown store next time. Réservez une table maintenant
Ice cream was good. Seemed to throw them for a loop when I asked for a plain vanilla with no mix-ins for my peanut allergy kid. After a few talks back and forth, they went to the back and used clean serving spoons which is what other locations have done. The other 3 were wonderful and perfect.
It was a while ago when I last visited this store. Wow! This time I noticed a huge improvement in the service and quality. I was informed that New Management took over just couple of months ago. What a difference! Best place in town!
If you have a unique taste that you love, this is the place for you. Feel free to mix and match as you please! Whether you choose to share or keep it to yourself, this delicious treat will disappear quickly. Highly recommended!
I have tried almost all ice cream flavours here. They are all fabulous. Best part is the employees working here are also very friendly and happily provide ice cream and shakes which adds to the flavour Réservez une table maintenant
Was here 4-2-22. Ice cream looked great. Unfortunately wasn't able to serve myself and the employees couldn't even great us. The lady in front of us said 45 min for a milk shake.
