Ordered online for delivery through the app. They do not indicate they don’t make their own deliveries (as other companies do) I assumed it would delivered by them. After waiting an hour we’re told our deliver has been made. Once I grab the items from outside I notice it’s food, not ice cream. I call the store to explain- they put all the blame on DoorDash.I call DoorDash and because cold stone directly I have to get my refund from them. I call back to explain this but because the store is tan by a minor he doesn’t know what to do so he states he will have to call me back. This is unacceptable. I would give this place zero stars if I could because the service is truly terrible. When my friend and I went in just to get some ice, I asked for a little bit in a cup, but instead, the staff member started making me a milkshake. I understand that mistakes happen, but even after I corrected him, he took the blended ice and poured it into a cup, despite it still being soaked with milk. I ended up having to pay $4 for something I didn’t want. Then, when my friend went to pay for her ice, the server asked if she wanted to provide her phone number for rewards. Even after she said no, he pressed her with, “Why not just give me your phone number?” Overall, a disappointing experience.
Long Line, but that wasn't the issue the problem was a girl went in, didn't put her hair up, didn't wash her hands, and made ice cream for one of her friends. All around very unsanitary employees shouldn't be allowed to do that. The reason for 2 stars is because the man who helped us was very nice and trying very hard 5/5 for him. -3/5 for the girl who broke every health code
Where do I start?! It was fantastic! I felt truly welcomed as soon as I walked in, and the staff member, who I think was named Kat, was incredibly respectful and kind to my family. The ice cream was definitely a 13/10—it was so rich and creamy! I will absolutely be coming back!

delicious ice, but not enough sitting in the load. we were asked to go once as there was a birthday party that has booked some of the seats in the load. the prices are reasonable. I had expected to pay more. the personal was friendly. go back!
I went in to get service. I was standing in line. The 2 women in front of me were served. The employee skipped me and began serving the 3 girls behind me. Very rude and unprofessional. I am never going back to this location.
Omg, kaitlyn is so sweet!!! And she's fast working she really makes cold stone a good place to be in I had a very good experience and the ice cream was to die for. Definitely will be coming back
great place to bring friends. the price is a bit steep, but worth it overall. lives up to the creamy piece of it's name. I'll get the chocolate ice cream.
