Cold Stone Creamery

I stopped getting ice cream with some buddies the other day. This is my first time at this point, but I have to say I'm a big fan of Cold Stone. The lady who took care of us was angry and friendly. I have the coffee-flamed ice cream. We could get in and out. That's a bonus, the restaurant was pretty busy when we left. The ice was fantastic, as always.

The people who work here are not trained properly. They put the wrong ingredients in my ice cream and they speak so quiet you can barely hear them. They don’t even understand what you are ordering. They’re asking me what was in the thing I just ordered. Do better and train your employees.

That vanilla latte cupcake was the BEST I’ve ever had! So moist and flavorful. I will def. be back and be referring others. Customer service was polite, helpful, and light-hearted, both over the phone and in person! Thanks again!

My son and I drove here to see family while I'm on vacation. We bought two milkshakes and they were delicious.
