Warm cosy atmosphere. The staff were great, friendly, helpful, attentive but not intrusive. The food was lovely everything was hand made by someone who takes pride in their efforts. Entrees were a nice intro, but the meal kept getting better. For mains, I had a perfect pizza and my partner had a delicious traditional lasagne that seemed to be cooked individually. Lovely restaurant. My boyfriend and I dined here on a rainy Monday night, and it was very quiet, however the food was excellent. We had viewed the menu on Zomato and chosen our meals before arriving, however the menu had changed slightly. While I was disappointed that I couldn't choose the risotto, I was not disappointed with my selection. I had a seafood pasta similar to the menu on here, and he had a pork belly dish, which was delicious. We started with the croquettes, which were crunchy and creamy, just as they should be. The wait staff were absolutely lovely. We will definitely return to try the pizzas and the other menu items.
After not being here for almost 2 years, I noticed the new 'all you can eat pasta and pizza ' nights and decided to give it another shot, also bringing my partner and two mates with us. The waitstaff remembered my partner and I from all those years ago and treated us very well. The food was beautiful, just like the very first time we went there! Would definitely recommend this place now and we will be going back!!
Appreciated such an exceptional service-friendly, helpful and efficient. The food were all beautifully served, and overall was tasty. However, the arancini was a little too dry and insufficient sauce, pizza base was a little too thin, and the gnocchi was a little too rich that we couldn’t finish it. We did enjoy our night though.
The pizzas at Colle Rosso are THE BEST i've had in Brisbane. The base is the best part as they taste just like the ones I have eaten in Italy. But don't just go for the pizza. The other main dishes are delicious too!<br/ <br/ The staff are friendly and provide good service. We love getting takeaway from here as well as dining in.

Amazing authentic and fresh. The food was fantastic and the service fabulous. Suggestions on the menu were spot on and can highly recommend the Fregola with Moreton Bay bugs.This night was to celebrate our Silver wedding anniversary and we couldn't have chosen a better venue.
A nice place to dine in, however wait times are a tad long. Also found that the ravioli was a bit rich- the sauce just tasted like melted butter.
