Colleges By The River

The location is what is most enjoyable about Colleges by the River- we took the dogs for a walk along the river and then they were able to sit at this outdoor cafe with us for lunch. It's a very relaxed vibe and while the food is basic and the service a little slow, it still makes for an enjoyable day out.

Arrived on a busy day and enjoyed the car show, lots of classic cars to check out but not a huge crowd. Service unfortunately was slow as the Cafe was quite busy. Ordered coffee and it was luke warm at best, not worth the wait. I would go again and give it another try though.

Lives up to its reputation for friendly service and stunning iced teas.  An outdoor cafe overlooking the Brisbane River.  Leisurely drive through the Brisbane's western suburbs.  Friend also raved about the turmeric latte best ever!

Magnificent park with plenty of grass area and includes a beautiful lake for water activities. Eatery on sites and several walking tracks. ‍ Great park for picnic and plenty of shade. Children will enjoy this location. Réservez une table maintenant

What a lovely place, went to a car show at Colleges crossing today and sat and had an amazing burger and an iced coffee. So nice for everyone and families. Great amenities.

The food was alright and the prices are reasonable. The flavoured iced tea is tasty. The views are stunning with lots of bird and fish activity to watch on the water.

Must try their chicken sandwiches and beef burger. Nature views of the river are amazing with diverse bird life. The staff were friendly and good with suggestions.

asks cheap eating and helpful staff in a very pleasant environment. pity brisbane does not have it in her parks, especially as it can be removed in fluttime

A nice little spot and views across the park and river. Takeaway or dine in Snacks,meals, homemade biscuits.
