This was the worst experience ever! The room was dirty and the customer service was terrible. There were bedbugs on both double beds! I would rate this place a 0 out of 10 and would recommend staying anywhere else. At 2 a.m., I saw bedbugs on my pillow and bed cover. I even attempted to get a refund, but was told I could only switch to another room. I have no words to describe this kind of establishment; it is definitely not a hotel you want to stay in.
I've been a customer since this laundry reopened for the second time, and I used to love coming every Sunday morning at 4 AM. Everything was always clean, but unfortunately, things have changed since Johana left. She was such a kind and helpful person who assisted with anything you needed. I also work washing cars, but now it just doesn't feel the same without Johana around.
I could of sworn i gave this review earlier but its a good get away for you and the wife when you need privacy from your out side life.. I wish they could of incorporate a jacuzzi with in some of these rooms..
Rooms very clean,staff is very nice the gentleman in the desk he is very nice I stayed for a week and it was great felt very comfortable and not is it clean but the prices is awesome would recommend it Réservez une table maintenant
Horrible place, front desk lady tried to accuse me of being a s3x worker and the owner did as well! Because I got bit by bed bugs !!!!! Nice looking rooms but NOT CLEAN! RUDE WORKERS
The establishment is cleaner this time, and the prices are reasonable for those who stay here while working. The rooms are updated—simple yet clean—and even better than my last stay.
Employees are rude. When you look up the price online it's completely different from what the person tells you on the phone. Absolutely not worth 100!!!!!!
it's a great motel. everything they need, in a distance. the surrounding quarters are so beautiful and picturesque. beautiful parks with a lake. Réservez une table maintenant
My favorite stay cation when I need some alone time..conveniently located near a Walmart NYC.
