With new owners I thought it may be time to update my review. This morning my husband and I snuck away to our favorite little eatery. We were sad to hear that Christine had sold the business but our fears were eased when we met the new owners. They were personable and seemed to want to leave well enough alone. The food was as I have always loved it. The waitress was sweet and attentive. I will definitely be going back again. Enjoyed the best breakfast ever here last year in 2020 with a close friend of mine. The new owners had just taken over the business recently and were very personable and accommodating. There was a pretty atmosphere outside in the back with beautiful flower pots and plants. Visited again in Sept 2021 and had the same experience and they even remembered us.The food was delicious and didn’t even have to call the server for more coffee she was very attentive. A definite spot to visit when in Point Pleasant.
TLDR: go here, double thumbs up, 5 stars My mom and I tried it for the first time this morning and WOW it was delicious! I got the Apple strudel French toast and she got the avocado toast. The French toast was just sweet enough to satisfy my sweet tooth but not too sweet where it could have given me a headache. We’ll definitely be back! She said this may be her new favorite go to breakfast place (and she LOVES breakfast)
A must-visit breakfast and brunch spot by the shore! The food is consistently amazing, and the owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The staff and servers are outstanding, making you feel right at home! I really enjoy the specials, but the menu offers something for everyone. Amazing spot! Care and passion is evident. Service was great everyone is so friendly and cares so much. Find it almost impossible to find good hollandaise sauce that isn’t broken which is always a bit disappointing. Theres is perfect. The effort and attention to detail is obvious and appreciated!
I just enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at the Cookie Lady. The steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Today, I swapped out the potatoes for fruit, but I have to say, the potatoes are fantastic too. We visit this place frequently, and the food never lets us down!
Came for the first time today and it was awesome! I got the chicken salad sandwich on toasted Rye with a chocolate shake, my boyfriend got the open face scrambled with Turkey bacon. Small, cozy place with attentive and smiling servers. We'll definitely be back!
Best service, great food and friendly outgoing staff. Owners are hands on and very accommodating. Don’t pass this one up you will be missing out!

Excellent breakfast! You won’t find anything better in the area. The staff is friendly, and the prices are really low—definitely hard to top!
