Copperworks Brew Pub Restaurant

the lunch was not hot today and was mentioned as a waitress. their answer was: “Let me check.” At some point, Koch/OWNER came to the table, which she could not understand how that could be. we repeated that at least two of the lunches were far from hot when served. no apologies or acceptance of errors. further insulted us by saying, “Nobody ever complains about our food” and turned around and went. will never darken the door again!

our daughter called to say that she would be her friend on Saturday afternoon in bowmanville and wanted to know if my wife would like to meet for dinner. because it's just a little bit over an hour, we said. to choose a restaurant and we would be there. she had 2 hours drive in the opposite direction to get home. the service was great as eating and the waitress was very friendly and it didn't make us change our table.

Went to the pub today for Fathers Day. Loved that they had an option of a Fathers Day menu which included many options to choose from. The dad of the group had the ribs and they were amazing!! Everyone else's dinner choices were great too! Portion. sizes were huge so take out containers were needed!! Loved the atmosphere!!! Great place to go. Highly recommend.

Amazing place to go for an awesome house brew and equally delicious food! Everything is locally sourced and crafted with love by an awesome brew master and talented kitchen staff. The food is excellent and the staff are great. The music adds to the enjoyable experience in the recently renovated back room, creating a fantastic atmosphere. We are currently enjoying their own craft beer and a wonderful evening of blues with Richard Henderson.

I have gone on Sunday night for Karaoke. The food is fantastic and I can’t say enough good things about Sarah. It has become our own version of Cheers. Friendly, inviting, with great food, and amazing service.
