It was a good experience but would say it's more of a place for drinks ???? their gnocchi and seafood pizzas were both great while the other pizza was not hot enough. We went there on a Sunday night at 7 and it was actually so quiet that made us feeling quite awkward since the staff has nothing else to do other than serving three tables. They refilled our bottle and clear our table just right after we finished the dishes hahahaha but in general it was a nice place for friends to catch up and to get some drinks
Usually go here once every few weeks. Some dishes are great and others are average. The goddess salad was tasty though a little bit spinach heavy and didn't get much chicken for paying $5 extra. The service was pretty good, but our waiter was distracted. The ambience is really cool though and the noise cancellation project has really worked to quiet things down.
a banquet that took hours to use. wait over 30 minutes between the curses. restaurant was told in advance about gluten-free and did not offer any gf alternatives for the desert that we were informed about 45 minutes after completing the main course while on. desert would not recommend for large group bookings.
Went here for dinner tonight and I must say, for a Wednesday evening the atmosphere was fantastic! Perfect amount of people so it wasn't too loud but not so little people that it almost becomes awkward. Both our pizzas were delicious and the service was both friendly and efficient.

My colleagues and I enjoyed dining at Corbett Claude Brisbane. The service was great, the atmosphere was great, the food was delicious. I ordered the bruschetta, and my colleague ordered the Chicken Abundance Bowl, and The Butcher Pizza! Will definitely be dining here again...soon.
delicious food. cold drinks. prefect lighting and excellent atmosphere! that means that we are really good portions (not too much, but well dimensioned) the personal was really pleasant and offers a balanced service.
the service is absolutely top notch and eating came so fast. I had the mushrooms and the feta pizza and it was phenomenal. also the peach cocktail is so delicious. we'll be back soon!
service was great but GF pizza was average (not so tasty and needed to be cooked for longer). would go back to give it a second chance though by trying another base !

Chilli mojito is great... The Director pizza, not so much.
Good atmosphere though, would come again just wouldn't order that pizza ever again.
The pizzas are quite tasty but I thought they were a bit light on toppings for the premium price charged.
