They struggle to understand my order of a frostino where as the other store in weavers wharf have No issue what so ever. They also charged me wrong They charged me over £5 for my order yet the costa in weavers charge me £3.70? Its ridiculous. The kitchen there is always messy and unkempt and the staff haven't really got a clue what they are doing .much prefer the costa in weavers wharf where staff know whay they are doing happy to make any alterations to your drink you ask for.
