I was buying groceries in this Costco when a man who never even bought groceries went through the store with a giant Trump flag in his basket and no one said a word. This goes way beyond T-shirts and Hats ' this was something he deliberately had done and considering he didn 't even buy groceries, he was just there to start trouble. The reason for the bad review is when customers complained, management defended him saying he didn 't do anything to anyone/ he didn 't bother anyone Seems they are tolerable of this nonsense and troublemaking Shame on them!
Due to COVID, the snack-sample lunch is no longer offered, and the new policy requiring a membership for pizza at the food court feels like a weak and frustrating business move. Additionally, the pricing per pound was confusing and made me hesitate to try some dishes I was actually excited about. I'm feeling disappointed now. Overall, the experience seems to be lacking.
I love coming here. Not too crowded anytime I come. The only reason I’m complaining about this place is that the cashier, Cybel, a 60 ish old lady, would not let me grab the boxes because she needs the box to box items for other customers when she has more than 10 boxes under her check out station. This is rude and bad customer. We are costumers at Costco too.
I took my sunglasses to the eyewear department at the San Juan store on Doheny Park Rd. for an adjustment after accidentally sitting on them. Corey, who works in the eyewear department, did an excellent job restoring them to their original condition. He was very friendly and had a positive attitude throughout the process.

I love dining at Costco's Food Court. The service is quick, and for just $1.50, you get a hot dog and a drink—it's an unbeatable deal! Many places charge that much just for a drink! The atmosphere is friendly, making it a great spot for some people-watching while you enjoy your lunch. I highly recommend this place!
the lady at the return section was rude and with a gloomy face, very bad customer service . I couldn't believe it to finish the return process and leave . worst Costco ever compared to other locations in Southern Orange county.
I love the fact that San Juan/San Clemente patrons can shop with freedom unmasked. Their are plenty other Costco' up north to go to if your worried about catching something-wear your mask and protect yourself. Very simple!
If you're looking for a quick bite, this place offers great value. They have whole pizzas available for takeout as well. Plus, there’s plenty of outdoor seating.

Best gas prices...staff is friendly and love the free samples while shopping. Don't forget to granb a pizza at food court on those days you don't want to cook.
