We provided them a list of songs we wanted played, but they didn't play a single one from that list. They also refused to play any requests from our guests. Overall, it was a terrible experience. When we tried to contact the owner, Gary, all we got were excuses. There was no apology or offer for a refund. The best they could do was offer a discount on our next event, which is completely unacceptable considering the lack of quality and customer service we encountered. There’s absolutely no way we would consider using this company for any future events. This company is a joke and a scam! AVOID COMMUNITY AT ALL COSTS!!!
