I was not a fan of the food at this restaurant. I was okay with the fact that it was pre-packaged, but I was disappointed to find that it seemed to have been microwaved. Seafood should not be microwaved as it diminishes its natural freshness and flavor. The scallops I ordered tasted like plastic to me. I have always enjoyed a variety of seafood, but this just did not meet my standards. Despite this, the service was excellent, with a kind and attentive waitress (I still left her a good tip as it was not her fault I did not enjoy the food). this cajun seafood cooking is a great local favorite! my family and friends love to come here for the Monday Shrimp Special. they have daily specialities that are all different. they offer a few different cooking aromas and various flavors flatten. eating here can be quite chaotic, I do not recommend wearing beautiful clothes because they can be ruined with the delicious sauces. the service is usually good. it can get some nights to do dinner.
the crazy pot was an excellent choice for my mother and I share during our first visit at crazy crab. I recommend the getting crazy sauce mix with all three aromes (thanks to the recommended, derek). derek was as friendly and hospitable as our server. please give him a raise! it was mine and my moms first time that Cajun kitchen in bag style with the crazy pot and her youngs killed it with the food and service.
Great customer service, from the hostess, waitress and cashier. Timeliness was great. They ran out of cayenne Pepper which made the seafood lose its flavor. But overall one of my favorite places to dine in.

I haven't been here in a while and tried the insane spice level and it definitely hit the spot. They definitely made it spicier and flavorful than before. If you like heat/a good kick...I recommend.
this is a legit Asian sharp crab place in chicagoland. garlic, cajun seasoned and butter sauce made perfection. the overall quality of seafood is good.
Great food. I get it....have to pay the rent but prices are getting ridiculous. Fair pricing would go a long way....but somebody's getting greedy.
this is a 4 stars just because out server was wonderful. I'd rate it 3.5 and I'll explain why. the fried oysters were really good. I would.

Great seafood... I'm used to the traditional Mexican style seafood, but this, thus is something else. Flavorful and delicious
