This is one of those "Train" sushi places, where the dishes crawl around endlessly on a moving conveyor.When we arrived, at 11:30 on a weekday, there were no other customers in the establishment. There were, however, a number of dishes rolling around the conveyor.We chose to order off the menu, and the two sushi chefs quickly prepared our requested dishes (some nigiri tuna and salmon, and a tuna roll). The fish was uninspired (room temperature, which concerned me) on the nigiri.
