I visited the Crescent Ridge Dairy Bar with my extended family one January evening while visiting Sharon and came away very impressed with their product and was quite pleased with their service. When we got there, we had about 10 people ahead of us in line and there were three people working in the front of the store; one on register and two more scooping or doing some sort of stocking/cleaning. The family in front of us in line was quite indecisive (but then again, so were some members in my party) but the gentleman on register was patient and polite, getting them the samples they wanted and focusing on their needs. 40 years ago, I brought my grandchildren here and shared that I had brought their mother as a baby. There’s always a special connection to this place, even as time goes by. While you wait in line, you can catch a glimpse of the menu at a few spots, but if you're like me, you’ll probably wait until you reach the window to make your final decision! The portions are quite generous, even with the child size. Overall, it’s definitely worth the trip, especially for a lovely weekend evening experience.
Best ice cream I have ever had. So many flavours. Whenever I come I always try a different one and I am never disappointed. Portions are very large, so would recommend either a Tiny Tot or a Kiddie as that is normally more than enough.In the peak of summer the line does get very long and busy so be aware of wait times.
It's only the best ice cream in Massachusetts. Quite possibly the whole world. Adding the mega line instead of lines at each window is an excellent improvement. The frappes are amazing. The sundaes are fantastic. Also the chocolate milk from the grocery store is the absolute best. It's so think it's almost like a malt.

Best ice cream in the area!!! Large portions and the people who scoop the ice cream are super nice. My mom loves cherries on her ice cream and they gave her a lot. It's our special place to go so my mom can people watch and we listen to The Moth radio show while we sit in the truck eating out delicious ice cream
Anyone who gives this place a low rating doesn 't know what ice cream is, go home and stick your head in grocery ice cream LOL!The taste is very unique, good selection, good service. The portion is huge, don 't let tiny tot name fool you.
Best ice cream place in the south shore. Always a long line there. Can't go wrong with any of the flavors really. Ice cream tastes super fresh. They even have real cows running around in the back lol
Delicious ice cream. The chocolate one is out of the world. There is usually a long queue after weekend lunch, 30 minute wait but totally worth it.

An absolute classic. Even busy in late November. Ice cream is one of the best in New England. They also sell milk and other food as well.
