I came into crumbl on Saturday to get each one of the cookies because my friend had emergency surgery the night before. When I went in, the kiosk said one of the cookies was sold out. I asked one of the employees when they would be done and I can come back and pick it up. He said 20 minutes and looked very annoyed by my question. I left and came back an hour later (I checked the app to make sure the cookie was in stock) and on the kiosk it was still sold out. I asked the same employee if it was in stock. Cookies taste really good, but service is poor. Once you realize you're not supposed to talk to the staff and you should just order ahead or use the tablet then it's okay. They give out free cookies to everyone who was at a Twins game when the Twins get 6+ hits the day before, but everyone needs to be there in person and you have to ask them, which requires you to get their attention and the staff usually seems too preoccupied to look up and help you without you awkwardly staring at them after trying to get their attention.
