The cookies are decent, but they aren't made like your grandma would make. Aside from the toppings, they all taste pretty similar—nothing really unique about them. Next time you try one, focus on the cookie itself, without any toppings; it lacks character and warmth. They seem to be mass-produced. Plus, the prices are on the higher side.
I visited earlier today and ordered cookies in individual boxes. Unfortunately, I accidentally dropped one, but Natalia was incredibly helpful and friendly regarding their policy on separate boxes. When I dropped the cookie, she promptly replaced it, showcasing excellent customer service. Thank you, Natalia!
Delicious products at a slightly inflated price. I would watch what cookies are available and stop by for a special treat. Service here is extremely quick.
