The four of us dined here on a Saturday night, and unfortunately it wasn't a great experience.We had to wait about an hour for our food, after which the lasagne & chips ordered by my father in law arrived cold and tasted average at best. The supreme pizza I ordered was hot, but tasted average, and although it was stated to have bbq sauce on it in the menu, it clearly didn't have any bbq sauce on it.My wife's spaghetti bolognaise must have been forgotten about, because it didn't arrive until long after I had finished eating my pizza, and again tasted average at best. Have been here quite a few times for dinner always ordering the penne chicken pesto. I have to say I had no issue with my meal at all despite the venue having abominable reviews on Zomato. You have to be aware it's nothing fancy (nor does it pretend to be) but I don't think it can be as awful as everyone has been saying given there are so many of them in Queensland and have been for over ten years, and awful certainly wasn't my experience either. If you want fine dining avoid this like the plague but if you want family friendly quality food this is the place to be. Especially given you can enjoy the beautiful Southbank view and actually bring the kids along
This has got to be the worst service ANYWHERE. How does this place continue to operate?! Seriously, when three people have to clear their own table, find their own menus and STILL continue to sit there waiting for service, that is pretty poor. Especially while you watch the staff walk around chatting and laughing when not just us, but other customers are also getting their own menus waiting for service. This place needs a major change in staff, or maybe training on better attitudes. We will never return or recommend.

Horrible service! Our food took an hour to arrive. When we asked the waitresses to check how long it will take, she didn't bother coming back. Several customers got up & left because their food took too long. When it finally came, my ravioli was tasty but definitely not worth the wait. There was barely any stuffing inside. The only thing I could taste was the cheese they had put on top and the olives
Breakfast. It had all the moving parts, the food was good (me-avocado smash) and ok (omelette), the coffee was reasonable, the service used all the right words, but it just felt like the care factor was missing. The location is perfect, and you just wonder if the other elements were relying too heavily a great location to pull in the tourists..........
We went here for coffee and desert mid afternoon. It was almost empty. Staff were milling around but tables were dirty and it took ages before anyone took our order. The coffee and sticky date puddings were nice though. The poor service spoiled the experience- probably wont go back.
Today we ordered toast and coffee at Cucina by Toscani's. The coffee was nice and the toast was good. They were very slow bringing out the coffees but it was busy so I guess acceptable.

The food is sad, the staff make a lot of mistake they think the brucchetta is like a pizza and 3 table around me are a lot of mistake.. don t coming here!!!!!!
Love this place, always great service and food. Can't fault it. Fettuccine Carbonara is the one ????????
