One of the best restaurants in the area, Cure will delight although it may not be cheap. Plates can range from smaller to larger based on price, you’ll find. It’s all fair though and the flavors are truly excellent, very considered. Each dish uses sustainable ingredients from local purveyors, adding to the charm. The area is funky, edging a farmers market parking lot, and you can dine right in said parking lot at 4 quaint outdoor picnic tables or inside at crowded smaller tables (not great for COVID . great service and very hospitable staff. we went on Wednesday night before the new year and it was very lively. music and atmosphere was very welcoming and great for dinner in the evening or with friends about drinks and laundry like me. The cocktail offers were divided into inventive creations and also great classics. easy to eat and drink menus to navigate and my glass of sparkling pet nat rosé was a great start in the no zoo, dude cocktail. the meat and the cheese on the wooden board were very fresh and the cap was excellent. next time I have to come back and try out more of the menu.
Cure is an unforgettable dining experience. We stopped in for the first time last week, and were blown away by everything we tried, from in-house carbonated cocktails to the last course. Favorite dishes included the crispy half chicken and ricotta toast with chanterelles that was on special. The moules frites were some of the best I’ve ever had, with a very generous amount of mussels. We will definitely be back—the brie with fingerling potatoes was calling my name, and I will order it next time if it’s still on the menu.
we have eaten here several times in the course of the years and have never been disappointed about the food or service. it is a food-to-share style location with a large cocktail choice. the paloma and fizzy negroni were both fantastic. we had homemade pickles, roasted schovies (so tasty,) the cheese board, a mixed green salad, and the king salmon with flower charcoal and a mixed veg hasch. everything was delicious. great food and great cocktails. the Mezcal cocktail was particularly popular in my party. the coq au vin was juicy and tender, and the salmon has a perfect crispy skin. the bark meatstroganoff is the best dish of the night. beef was tender and full of aromen. be they aware of the fried sardelle, they are of the picked sort, so it will be salty and sour.
