The young man with the blonde ponytail (kind of looks like Joe Dirt) was extremely rude and smug, we were in there with two young children who were excited to choose an ice cream flavor and he was extremely impatient with us. Also he and the girl working kept looking at each other and shooting each other looks like they were annoyed and would rather be doing something else.Also, the freezers were disgusting. Went to buy ice cream for Christmas. One of the employees were very UNPROFESSIONAL and VERY RUDE. This employee said to me “you’re coming here to buy ice cream when it’s raining, windy and cold outside”. Her philosophy is that when it’s cold outside no one should buy ice cream.Then why are they selling ice cream in the winter time. I’m a previous customer. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!
This restaurant demonstrates a concerning disregard for its employees, which I've observed on several occasions. The establishment is often unclean, and I even spotted a rat darting behind the counter and into the back room on one visit. I absolutely cannot recommend this place for enjoying ice cream or for working. They really need to improve their staff quality.
All ice cream shops are a bit pricey, but this one offers plenty of space compared to many I've visited. The ice cream pies are delicious, and there is a vast selection of endless combinations for ice cream, soft serve, and yogurt, with countless flavors and numerous toppings to choose from.

This place does not care about there employees and I’ve seen many times. The store is always so grimy and one time I saw a rat running behind the counter into the back room. This place is definitely not a good place to have ice cream and to work. Hire better employees.
Great ice-cream in many flavors including soft serve. Great service from friendly staff. Freezer that has adult ice-cream (contains alcohol). Always busy. Sometimes a line to get in, but it moves fast.
The ice cream here is fantastic! There are plenty of toppings to choose from, along with handmade cones and waffle bowls that are chocolate-dipped. Definitely worth the visit!
I truly appreciate the non-dairy options you offer! During my break at work, I tried a dark chocolate treat, and it was absolutely delicious!
