I usually only leave reviews if it's positive but this just had to be said. I've been living in the area and have been coming here for years. I came here last Tuesday for a Banana Split, they're the daily specials. The price had also increased from $4.20 to $5.30 which was a real shocker but, that wasn't the problem. The customer service was great and my order was prepared very quickly and on the drive home while eating, I put some ice cream onto the spoon and as I was about to insert the spoon into my mouth I notice a strand of hair hanging from my spoon, I decided to just remove and ignore it. But then just about a few minutes later, while eating, I felt a long strand of hair tickling my b...
The original DQ surpasses all others; the service is always friendly and amazing from all staff members. I have never had a negative interaction with anyone here. The restaurant is always busy, but this adds to the atmosphere, which is one of the reasons we enjoy coming here. In the picture, you can see a banana split and an oreo blizzard with chopped peanuts, which I like to refer to as being on steroids. (Pro tip: ask for peanuts to be added to the blizzard to take it to the next level, you won't be disappointed!) You're welcome.
This cake was absolutely stunning. The 3 decals I added to the cake myself. I called and asked for an under the sea theme. Had some suggestions and left it up their cake designer. AND WOW !! My son was so excited and the cake was a complete hit .... the layer threw the middle was thick with fudge n crumble. Thank you for a beautiful cake DQ.
We ordered two banana splits, but both only had the flavor of banana and vanilla ice cream. There were no other toppings or ingredients. Unfortunately, it did not taste as good as it had in the past. We have eaten here many times before, as we travel all the way from Mayfield and Creditview Road.
Had the pleasure of attending ‘Miracle Treat Day’ to benefit Sick Kids Hospital. What an amazing team working at this location it was a really good turnout and everyone got fast service with a smile while they helped support a great cause! Stop by for a treat this summer you won’t regret it ?
Dairy queen on Queen Street has always been our first choice for ice cream cakes for the last two decades! They are always beautifully decorated and have always been appreciated by ALL members of our family. Thank you Dennis, for helping to make our family celebrations always memorable!
