You cannot be in a hurry when you come here. Staff always seem confused and rushed, the ktchen seems like they have no clue what's going on. The biggest frustration is that they will prepare your sundaes prior to your food, so by the time your order is ready your ice cream has melted.

Had lunch here, food was good, place was clean, good atmosphere, nice view of the mountains. Slight issue with somewhat long time for the food to show up to the table, and the toilet wouldn't flush. Mulligans on both of those. Good place to stop.

The place seemed filthy. Complete w/ broken equipment on the floor by the bathrooms. Service is slow and unhappy. I ordered a shake and was given a drippy cup that stained my clothes. Not a great experience

Walked down from the hotel, wasn't too far. The kids behind the counter seemed to enjoy working there. They were pleasant and had my order whipped up in no time at all. Réservez une table maintenant

DQ is our favorite place for Ice Cream but we had better experiences at other DQ's. Service was correct but the Blizzards way to soft. The chocolate Sunday was oke.

They tend to put lots of stuff in their Blizzards, which everyone loves! They could use some more staff on shift around busy hours though.

We often stop by for a dipped cone after watching the kids play baseball. service usually good but it could be faster at times.

Although they also serve hot treats ..there is nothing better then a dipped cone or a blizzard on a hot day.. Enjoy.. Réservez une table maintenant

Dairy Queen has been around for years and I like that I know what I order will taste like, from Ontario to BC

Kids love us to stop in for ice cream , the also serve fast food, and ice cream cakes! In downtown Castlegar
