Drive thru experience was not great. We ordered a dilly bar, dipped cone, and a small sundae. When we got to the window to get our treats, the crew member didn't say a word to us, just opened the window and handed us stuff. He was on the headset for drive thru. The dip cone was completely melted, no curl. So I waited u til he acknowledged me and asked if this was right. He told me we were good that's what a dipped cone looks like. Needless to say, one bite into it and it fell apart all over the front seat because it was so melted. Also the attendants hands were so dirty that the hit chocolate and god knows what all over his hands were on the cone and the sundae cup. Just not good
Had a coupon for buy 1 blizzard get 1 for .99. Went thru the drive thru and placed my order. Got to the window, cashier was friendly, but didn’t offer me my receipt. Went to the 2nd window to pick up my 2 blizzards. I asked for tall lids to be put on them and was told they would only put a tall lid on 1 of my blizzards. When I asked why, I was told because the tall lids cost more than the flat lids. Blizzards are expensive for what you get. When I am paying over 5.00 for a small blizzard, even using a coupon for the second blizzard, I expect to have a simple request about a lid honored. I guess this is the reason I don’t get blizzards very often.

The customer service here is hit and miss… they are currently having construction work done on the location, so have a person who is running orders outside to the cars. Food is consistent, sometimes staff is very friendly, but I almost never see the same face. Its a convenient location if you have to do laundry and want to eat while waiting, as the laundromat is directly behind this establishment.

They never seem to get the order right there's always something about the order that's messed up yesterday I ordered 2 burgers and a blizzard I got one Burger but they didn't charge me for it today I got cold fries with chicken strips I ordered a simple blizzard with the cherry freeze dip they make dip cones out of they always put something different in it instead of what I ask
dairy I have a long history chix n country gravy are always a good comfort food, but by dairy queen classic! TODAYS experience lacked nothing. Drive through was slow moving, but I think we should all slow down and just enjoy that a little more!
Quality ice cream, nice dining room but my only knock against them is their drive through. Can be slow and is setup oddly. Many times the line reaches into the street with traffic. Curbside pick-up would possibly alleviate some of these issues.
Ice cream blizzards freezes- they barely give any flavoring or blizzard mix except in the top inch or so of the cup. Ends up being mostly plain vanilla soft serve. Consistently disappointing in grape freezes and blizzards at this location.

Took my grandkids there for lunch.First customer s the floors and tables dirty from the day before.Order was not right.Had a blizzard to go had to ask for a lid.Not happy with the quality or quantity of the food for the price.
It's a fast food restaurant. Not much I can say. The quality changes from day to day but the blizzards are always on point, the rest is questionable sometimes.
