UPDATE!! EXCELLENT SERVICE. On January 8, 2024, around 7 PM at the McKelvey location, I experienced an issue with the app that failed to send my large $30 order to the restaurant, resulting in some confusion and delays. However, the manager and a staff member worked hard to resolve the situation and made sure my family was fed. They even offered my son a complimentary chocolate shake to apologize for the inconvenience. I truly appreciate their kindness and prompt response. Worked here for a year. Staff are awesome. Mangers always try to help, even when short staffed. The food is great and the ice cream flavors that are seasonal are awesome. Paula is a superstar and someone who helped me grow as an employee. scott is thebest gm I've ever had. Hannah is always making incredible cakes. Allison is one of the funniest people I know. Ryan and davidare awesome dudes and gabby is always nice and easy going. When amier Is in kitchen you know your getting top notch food.Everyone else is real cool too.
