Dairy Queen Grill Chill

Updated 10-15-22: It's been a while since my last visit to Dairy Queen, and I have to say I was quite disappointed this time. Even though it wasn't very busy, my order took about 25 minutes to be prepared. The fries were overly salty and served cold. The burger was dry and lacked flavor. I returned the fries and requested fresh ones without salt, and believe it or not, I waited another 25 minutes for them. When they finally arrived, the fries were barely warm. At this point, I was extremely unhappy with both the service and the food. The staff seemed quite young and could use some training in communication; I would be speaking to an employee, and they would walk away without acknowledging me...

The service was quick, and the staff were very friendly. It felt like I was in a different state, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the place was. The management seems to run things very efficiently. I tried the banana column, and it was absolutely delicious!

Ordered chicken strip basket with gravy, got it with ranch , took it back oh we are out of gravey . Then why not tell us up front and I would order something else. Were not interested in making me happy. This is second time with problems at this sameDQ. Never again!!

We arrived about 45 minutes before closing time and were assisted by two different staff members. The first girl was really nice, but the second one seemed unhappy and irritated that we were in the lobby. I mean, the place is open for a reason, right? Réservez une table maintenant

I can not eat any nuts what so ever. I ordered a GA Mud Fudge blizzard with NO nuts. Got my order. Drove away. Ate some of the blizzard just to discover it had nuts in it. I will not trust Dairy Queen again. Very disappointed.

Got a banana split blizzard and as I got to the end of it I had a cookie dough chunk in it. Not a super big deal for me but someone could be allergic to anything on the blender please clean it better.

I had a great experience enjoying a hot fudge sundae and a chocolate-dipped ice cream cone. I used the drive-thru, and I was in and out fairly quickly. The young man at the window was very nice.

The last time the restaurant was recognized for its cleanliness was a few years ago, and it's clear that the grime on most of the internal vertical surfaces is now visible to the public. Réservez une table maintenant

Good service, excellent desserts as you'd expect. It's an older building but they seem to have done some updating of the interior. Worth going again.

DQ is the best fast food restaurant in town, particularly in Caldwell, Idaho. I would give it a perfect 10!
