I love waiting 15, 20 minutes to receive an order that got one thing right. I ordered a large oreo hot chocolate blizzard, and got a medium oreo mocha fudge blizzard. Not even the same size. They got oreo right... if I'm gonna pay over 6 bucks for a blizzard, I want the exact one I order. That shouldn't be too complex.
