Daniel's Tacos Sylmar

About a week ago, I placed an order for pick up. I ordered for my family as well, their food was good, but mines was not. I ordered four tacos and a burrito, the meat of two of the tacos was extremely dry, and the quality was bad. Also, the rice and beans from my burrito were flavorless, poor quality, and it reminded me as if I went to Taco Bell to get rice and beans. Furthermore, when I asked the cashier for more salsa, she replied, you already have salsa I replied, I need more please . Then she gave me more, but with an attitude. Was at the library across the street and got hungry. This place looked perfect for a quick lunch. Smallish seating area but good enough to sit and eat. Workers seemed miserable. No smiles or life even. California Burrito (2.5): I got it with asada. Ingredients were mostly good. Flavor and salsas were decent. Only a couple hard asada bits I had to spit out. She didn't wrap it correctly though. As soon as I picked it up, it fell apart so I had to pretty much eat it out of the foil. Fries also weren't crispy. It also wasn't that big for it being over 12 bucks.I think the theme here is don't expect much. The food is okay in a pinch. If you have a car and time, you could likely do better.

Ordered my regular Grilled Burrito, some fries and a cheese quesadilla all yum as usual. Delivery person was late, no problem I contacted both the restaurant and the driver good communication with both. When my order was finally delivered (about 45 minutes later? , the food was hot, Daniels Tacos had added a couple of very large drinks to my order for free. Much appreciated gesture! Great customer service. Thank you!

I had carne asada tacos at this restaurant, and I was really disappointed. The beef was tough and the tortilla was terrible. I quickly lost my appetite, and to make matters worse, the employees were laughing and joking about my experience. I wouldn't recommend this place. You'd be better off going to the seafood grill instead. Réservez une table maintenant

The carnitas is tasty, and the chicken is good as well. However, the carne asada was disappointing; only about a third of it was edible due to being tough and of low quality. The salsa also wasn't impressive. On a positive note, the staff was friendly!

carnitas is good. chicken good too. carne asada is no bueno. only 1/3 of it was digestible. chewy and low quality steak. salsa is weak too. friendly gals tho’

Very good tacos, I had the carne asada tacos. The people there were super friendly and very accommodating. Its a small place but highly recommend it

The asada is bland no seasoning. Customer service is wack, no napkins or utensils with asada fries . Best thing was the pinacolada drink!!! Réservez une table maintenant

Google Maps says I ate here once. It can’t have been that great if I can’t remember eating here recently.
