Went for Sunday lunch and can honestly say that I can't remember when I've had a better meal out. Food was cooked perfectly, staff were attentive and final bill was very reasonable. Will definitely be going again. We dined outside on a sunny day and had a wonderful, relaxing meal for three people. Our friend from London, who is accustomed to fine dining, was impressed with our choice of restaurant. This was our first visit to DeFine. Liam was very knowledgeable and helpful while selecting a half case of wine for our eclectic tastes followed by a delightfully delicious lunch (chalk stream trout courgette tart).
