I got food poisoning from the food at this restaurant. When I called to inform them, the person who answered the phone said it couldn't be their food because food poisoning takes 24 to 48 hours to set in, which is untrue. She also claimed that what you ate earlier in the day could trigger it. I told them that not only I, but also my friend, experienced it and the only thing I had eaten all day was from their restaurant. It's disappointing that they didn't take this seriously. Food poisoning can occur within hours, not days. It felt like she was dishonest with me. I will be reporting this to the health department.
Terrible customer service! Going through the drive thru they take forever and when you finally get your food, dude basically tosses the food at you and closes the window without saying A WORD. Would it kill you to tell someone “have a nice day” or at least let them know that’s everything and the order is complete? So unprofessional, do better.
Our visit here to Del Taco was good as usual thebfood was good but the fries you could tell weren't the freshest usuly they burn your mouth or they are over salted or perfect it's a flip of the coin. The service was good no issues drive threw was good.Overall everything was good Thank you for a nice visit and good food!
First, let me say, I love Del Taco. But this time was a big disappointment. I ordered two Del tacos and two bean burritos. One of my tacos had almost no filling. I wish I would have taken a picture. No meat, a sprinkle of cheese, some Lettuce and maybe 2 pieces of tomato. I thought I was at taco bell for a second.

We had a big order of 24 chicken soft tacos and 12 regular hard tacos that cost $64 but there was barely any meat in all of the food. I counted about 3 to 4 little pieces of chicken and a barely any taco meat in the hard shell tacos. It was not worth it. Just saying...do better.
During tough times, Del Taco is always there for me <3. Their beer battered crispy fish tacos are top-notch. The taco salad with fresh guacamole is delicious. The prices are affordable for a college student who needs a taco fix during late nights studying.
I have had mixed experiences at Del Taco, but it is generally decent. I would recommend double checking your order if you are taking it to go, as there have been a few times where I got home and realized it was not what I had ordered.
not complaining. this location is especially for food trips in the past as well as a few late night trips. eating is good, and they can't beat taco from a franchise restaurant that is less than a dollar, man.

Didn’t even get to try the food because the person taking the order was extremely rude. Drove right out of there and on to Taco Bell across the street. I refuse to pay for bad service.
The service could have been improved. We had to wait a long time, especially considering the speed at which the car in front of us and us were served.
