Del Taco - Réservation de table

The food was fresh and delicious. However, the server who took our order was not very pleasant and could have been more courteous. When my husband asked if we could sit inside, she responded in a rather unfriendly manner. I understand the precautions due to COVID, but there's no need for her to act as though she's above everyone else. I gave the food a five-star rating, but unfortunately, the service got a minus one. On a positive note, all the other staff members were incredibly friendly. It just takes one person to spoil the meal and the overall experience.

Can I just say that if I spend a long 2 or 3 days in a row, my family and I always on this Del Taco for a quick dinner that is warm, filling, cheap and meets the place! Even if I can make my own Mexican food fresh at home, our busy schedule does not allow me to spend my day. Staff here are kind and even apologise when we wait a bit, but completely understandable when the staff is in so many places that we have been going lately.

I had a wonderful experience at this Del Taco location! The customer service was excellent, and the place was fairly clean. Angel at the register was particularly impressive. There is plenty of space to enjoy your meal, and the atmosphere is enhanced by great music and appealing design. The clientele is friendly, and the service was attentive. If you find yourself in Duarte, this is the Del Taco you should definitely visit!

The staff is consistently friendly, and they serve the best fries of any Del Taco I've visited in years—likely because they’re using fresh oil instead of old. They recently updated the menu, and the person at the drive-thru took extra time to help me choose something similar to what I usually order, which I really appreciated. Food is below average at this location. When you ask for fresh fries, they refry the old ones. One of my friends found mold on the tortilla. I'm done going there.

A very authentic Tacou shop in Mexico taco good. It is similar to other Tacou shops. The shop is large, but there are not many guests. I come occasionally

Good drive thru done at a good speed got my order in about 5 and was on my way home
