I placed a walk-in order at Del Taco, understanding they prioritize their drive-through. I requested two Del Double Bacon Cheeseburgers, special order with no cheese and no mayonnaise. It took 15 minutes to prepare, and when I got home, the order was wrong—they included cheese and left out the bacon. I complained online after the store refused to fix it, but received no response. I spent $11 and didn’t get to eat anything. Very disappointed and won’t be returning.
The classic grilled chicken burrito at Del Taco was disappointing, tipping the scales at less than a quarter pound. It was primarily filled with lettuce, cheese, and a tortilla, making the menu choice less satisfying than expected.
I visited Del Taco's drive-through and was impressed by the tasty food and quick service. If you go on Tuesdays, the value taco deal is an excellent bargain.
