Shirley and her family provide excellent options whether you are looking for a quick bite or a large meal. The menu is diverse but is full of traditional and tasty staples. They always provide excellent customer service and do their best to be accommodating and communicative. Due to their location, they are obviously limited on interior space. The only change I would make would be to the flow of the customer line to provide a better customer experience and facilitate logical flow. There is partially underutilized counter space at the entryway where delivery orders are picked up. I would make this the beginning of the order counter and allow customers to form lines in this area as it is far more spacious. I would move the POS to the far end near the employee entrance. This would limit the amount of crowding in this more confined area. Currently, customers have to stand next to the bathroom, the tv, and the employee access to the kitchen area while waiting to order. This adds crowding, discomfort, and comes across as disorderly. Other than this; I always enjoy my food and experience. Parking: I would add a sign for additional parking in rear as well as better lighting along the exterior of the building.
