This hotel ended up being the perfect lodging for our May 2023 wedding. The accommodations were elegant, comfortable, and located close to a shopping center full of anything our guests might need in a pinch. We reserved a block of rooms for our guests and also booked one of their parlor suites where the bridal party got ready and my husband and I crashed after our wedding reception. Service on the wedding weekend was above and beyond — seriously: I locked myself out of the bridal suite at one point and needed technicians to get me back in. This hotel has a fantastic location. The room I stayed in was very spacious, and the air conditioning could be set as low as 64 degrees, which was great. However, my main issue with the hotel was the distance to my room; it was quite a trek through six or seven long hallways. When I left early in the morning to head home, I found the parking lot to be poorly lit and quite dark. Additionally, when I tried to check out in the morning, the front desk was unable to process my checkout because their computer systems were down. I've also heard that this hotel is set to close at the end of October 2023.
I did not stay overnight here. But I do give talks annually to a convention that is held here. First, the air conditioning never works in the meeting rooms, they are steaming and sweaty (and in July, the convention date! Secondly, smoking is allowed onsite, outdoors, all around the entrance to the lobby. The smoke was so thick all along the outdoor walkway linking parts of the hotel I nearly gagged. Finally, the last time I was there once of the convention area escalators was inoperative for the entire weekend of the meeting. What a dump! Réservez une table maintenant
We stayed here during the Hot August festival and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were excellent—very comfortable and spotless. The hotel features a pool and a gym, and the breakfast was delicious. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall, the place has a wonderful atmosphere. If you're looking for a place to stay in the area, this one is a great choice.

Requested early check in, we even stopped by hotel and the front desk assured us they would text me when the room was ready. Nope. We had to stop by again and they said they were too busy to send us a message. :
The grounds were well-maintained, and the venue has a lot to offer. The bar and restaurant staff were exceptional, providing top-notch service. However, the front desk and Starbucks staff could use improvement, as they seemed rather indifferent. It's a classic establishment with a rich history in Hunt Valley, and I would recommend it.
First room had a toilet that wouldnt flush, tub wouldnt drain. Second room had a dripping leak in the ceiling. Mold in the room. Dripping leak in the hall. No hot water saturday morning. Escalator is broken. Door fell off of one of the ballrooms during the event. Carpet is worn and gross. This place needs to get their stuff together. Réservez une table maintenant
We always have a great experiment at this hotel. Great service and always enjoy the breakfast buffet. The hotel is old but clean and the rooms are spacious and quiet. Plenty of parking and lots of restaurants in the area. We greatly appreciate the staff keeping our drink water filled during our dancing. Ready to visit next year.
