i have a bad experience! About a month I went to get a car wash at this location. I notice that I had a scratch on my truck, I went inside to make a complaint they only told me to give them my information that somebody will reach out to me. I went to get an estimate done for the scratch to get it fixed and took it to Delta Sonic there was response was that somebody will reach out to me again.I have visited the location three times already and they haven’t solve anything. They want me to solve this on my own when they were the ones who did this to my truck. At this point I’m just very upset because they haven’t done anything about it and my truck is new.
Horrible customer service. They don't care at all about the service provided. 90 minutes wait for cleaning is not acceptable. There were 3-4 in the line outside the belt, in addition I wanted to get a service done and drop my car off and pick up once its ready the guy at the desk didn't even want to hear me out he stated that he can't be moving the car in and out of the lane which makes no sense. Instead of earning more money for the business they just turn customers away,
I've been visiting Delta for nearly a year now, and I'm really glad I found this place! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is always excellent. A special thanks to Joe for going above and beyond today by thoroughly cleaning my window, which had glue on it. He was super cool about it too! I would definitely rate this experience 10/10 and look forward to returning! :)
Joe always does his best and has an awesome attitude. You can trust him with your wife . . . Ooops, I meant, LIFE . . . and you can trust him with your vehicle, as well. Rafael and Bell were very patient and kind while helping me with a replacement member card. It was not working and they stayed with me until it was taken care. Thanks to such nice workers in todays customer service drought. Good job Delta Sonic
Kathy D was fantastic! I was considering the unlimited option, and she really convinced me to go for it! She also did a complimentary wipe down after my wash, all while maintaining a cheerful smile. We need more people like Kathy D!
My vehicle was still dirty and there was no tire dressing applied to my tires. I have one more wash with Delta Sonic. Twenty three dollars is alot of money for subpar work. This company is not what it was a few years ago

I used to take my car for a wash and detail every week, but since they doubled the prices, I now only go once a year. It's disappointing—there used to be a long line of customers, but now it's empty.
Manager Rafael is amazing I got a flat tire and he helped me immediately change my tire he needs a promotion! He did it in 15 mins!
