I ordered a door dash order, chicken strip dinner, red potatoes and hashbrowns. It had a stink bug in it. Called the store the Mgr offered to remake and bring to me which he did,that's why the 1 star was given. The food was really bad. The chicken strips were so over cooked they tasted burnt. The grease definitely needs to be changed. The red potatoes were not done but tasted burnt and the hash browns also had a greasy burnt taste to them.i used to manage the glen burnie Dennys til 2006. GHETTO, I don’t know if the hire addicts or just don’t care about customer service, people are getting off acting all ghetto. Food took wayyy too long, even a simple salad. Then when you ask about your food, they give attitude then on the floor talking gossiping about customers instead of apologizing communicating.. the image that was presented to me unprofessional and careless.

Food is great love eating here but i have an issue where the only way to get it fixed is to speak with someone ive been calling for an hour now and nobody is picking up the phone at all . Smh !!!!
