Visited Dhaka with a friend for a spur of the moment dinner. There wasn't any other tables occupied on a friday night, which is not normally a vote of confidence. The staff were very pleasant, service was quick and efficient, servings were generous. We had the Lamb Masala and the Prawn Dopiaza, bags of flavour and just the right amount of heat, really tasty. Accompanied by raita, pickle, naan and saffron rice it was a real banquet. On settling the bill I was happy to note home delivery/takeaway service which should be a good option next time.
I have always thought this little center next to the BP was in much need of a restaurant, so was delighted to discover Dhaka Express. We were warmly welcomed by Dip & family and straightaway served some complimentary poppadoms. We had the Lamb Shanks and Garlic Prawns with side serves of rice, naan bread and raita. What a feast. The lamb shanks were so tender and tasty as were the prawns. The helpings were extremely generous. Dhaka is definitely going to become our new local. Highly recommend.
First night open we expected all sorts of issues - but no, the food was sensational... We've been to other local "Indian" restaurants, but the food was better at Dhaka. A couple of small teething service issues, but have experienced worse at well established restaurants.Will definitely be going back - in fact have already booked to join the people at the next table in 2 weeks time!!!And will order takeaway before then anyway!!Well done Dhaka and Mohammed!! I tried this restaurant for takeout and really enjoyed it. In my opinion, it is better than the other three Indian restaurants in the area and has more affordable prices. The restaurant looks clean and the staff were friendly, they even informed me that I was entitled to a free rice dish, which I was not aware of. I recommend giving it a try.

got home delivery, Dip found our (hard to find) place in north beach easily, food got there hot and fresh and super super tasty. well done! was recommended by a friend and is best home delivery we have had in perth! good portions, couldn't eat it all.
We called in for take away and found the staff very friendly. We enjoyed three different dishes and would recommend this restaurant. We enjoyed the food so much that we will return and eat in next time.
You must visit this restaurant at least once, as you will surely keep coming back. The delicious curries and friendly staff will make your dining experience enjoyable.
We decided to try out this new restaurant because of their great deal, and we were very pleased with our choice. The staff was extremely polite and efficient.
