We arrived on time for our reservation, but unfortunately, we weren’t seated promptly. The atmosphere felt more like a sports bar, with good music playing in the background. Our server seemed to be running around aimlessly, even though it wasn’t that busy.
I ordered the Shrimp Quesadilla as an appetizer and chose the Pargo Relleno for my main, but to my disappointment, they were out of it by 7 PM—even though they don’t close until midnight! Rachel at Diablo Cantina is an absolute gem of a server. From the moment we were seated, her warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for a fantastic dining experience. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring our drinks were never empty and our orders were promptly taken. Rachel's knowledge of the menu was impressive, providing helpful recommendations and answering any questions we had with enthusiasm. Her efficiency and professionalism were evident throughout our meal, and her genuine friendliness made us feel like valued guests. Rachel truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable, and we can't wait to return to Diablo Cantina for her exceptional service.
This was my first visit, and I really enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the decor was lovely. I went on a Thursday, and they offered free dance lessons, along with a DJ playing bachata, merengue, and salsa music.
Worst service. The server wants to flirt with other girls in the bar on duty! And forgot customer! Left the table and didn't even notice!
