Location, decor and structure are magnificent. However, the opening is recent which explains a lack of finishing and adjustments. The water in the indoor pools was not very warm. The outdoor pool offers a magnificent panorama and the water was a good temperature. The sensory showers were cold. Surprised that children are allowed in the Hammam!? It remains a relaxation and well-being complex and despite this I thought I was at the municipal swimming pool. I'm still looking for the herbal tea room, there was only water to drink. I honestly think the opening was too fast and probably short-staffed. Nothing to say about the customer's welcome because the receptionist was super friendly.
Magnificent baths....but 1 star because why say no children under 4 years old and not let them in when inside we saw more than 3 children under 4 years old? Favoritism for parents who stay at the hotel? And how do the others do it? Besides, you have to explain to me why there is a changing table in the locker rooms? These are children under 2 max 3 years old who still have their diaper changed. It can be seen that the strategy is not yet perfect. Very unfortunate because the children's area is great and ALL children should be able to enjoy it.
