All I can say is WOW! From walking in the door, to the moment I walked out. GREAT experience! The spa is beautiful, and the staff is very knowledgeable. I got hair laser removal, and a hydrafacial. The hair removal didn't even hurt! I was told it has a cooling part so it hurts less (sorry, don't know the terminology! the facial was EXCELENT! Sherry (sorry if I miss spelled it was great! She explain to me what I should expect, and made me aware of all the different phases of the facial. My skin looks so good! I can't wait to go back! The General Manager even came out to make sure I was satisfied with my services! LOVE THIS PLACE! No need to go to the city anymore!
I had such an all around amazing experience. The reason for my visit was for hormonal acne. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist who was an absolute sweetheart! She made me feel super welcomed and answered all my questions. I then saw the nurse Sandra who was VERY knowledgeable and came up with a plan. Cherry, the esthetician I saw for my facial was unbelievable. She was super gentle with my face and truly made me feel comfortable with my skin and assured she would get it under control. I’ll be going back every month!
Aespala has such a welcoming atmosphere from start to finish. When I walked in I was greeted by Alexis and Jillian-both start and end your experience with smiles and make you want to come back! I saw Cherry for my dermaplane and facial, I was comfortable and so relaxed the whole time. I have allergies and she made sure to carefully read every ingredient and paid close attention to detail which i really appreciate! The spa is very clean, modern and I would highly recommend making yourself an appointment!
