Domaine De La Petite Isle

We came for dinner, staying the night at the domain... nice place, 1st courses were great: pistou soup, and aubergine maki, realy good. 2nd courses a la carte, were actually bad; 7 hr lamb, was hatd, not soft and melty off the bone at all,,, so maybe it wasn't cooked enough or dry out???? My rump steak was done medium , but meat was very chewy and hard,,,, chef!!! Change your meat supplier,,, Plates are nicely served, so why not insist on quality??? Very disapointing:

We spend 5 days at the hotel and ate 3 times in this restaurant. The food was very good and fine. We regret that there is not more meat at the menu even if the lamb was one of the best I had. The deserts were excellent (abricot, framboise chocolate). The staff is super nice and welcoming. This place would deserve to be more visible (on tripadvisor also).

We stayed at the hotel and ate in the restaurant one of the evenings. Lovely food, amazing service and great value. There is a lovely atmosphere at this restaurant and in true French fashion we were rushed. Would definitely recommend
