Domino's Pizza - Réservation de table

I order the pizza from this store often and being vegetarian always request cut with a clean knife. In all honesty the food quality is consistently good . Today a person who claimed to be the manager of this store location at long grove gave me the lowest possible customer service experience anyone could get . He denied to cut the pizza with clean cut , went overboard to claim that they never do that I always got it right here at the store , the lady at the front desk was ready to with the clean cutter but this gentlemen had some reservations and was adamantly refusing for reason best known to him. I hadn’t ordered from Domino’s in a while, but I did today and was reminded why I usually avoid them. The pizza was incredibly dry and had hardly any chicken on it. I paid $26 after a $17 discount, which means it would have been $43 without the discount! Seriously?! When I called to express my concerns, the manager said he "is not someone to be played with." I pointed out that you could barely taste the chicken, and he responded that it wasn’t enough chicken “according to me.” So professional, right? Next time, I’ll be choosing Sarpino’s! For the same price, I could have gotten an amazing pizza elsewhere!

The pizza was hot and delicious.. the cheese proportion was simply appropriate not too much not too less .. felt like something out of this world.. thank you for such a delicious meal and if u can make a simple cheese taste so good I m waiting for how the rest pizzas taste .. will be coming back...

Absolutely amazing manager!! . I work for cintas . Out of all the dominos I service Not just that out of all the 200 customers this one is my favorite stop to service I actually look forward to coming here.This one by far is the cleanest and friendliest . Réservez une table maintenant

Absolutely terrible customer service. Pizza got delivered to an address that does not exist yet the manager blamed me for entering the wrong address when we have ordered dozens of times. Manager hung up on me. Last time it order here!

Brandon claimed to be manager and was horrible in handling customer. I don’t even know what trainings can be given to someone who didn’t even learn kindergarten ethics . How pathetic ! Food: 1

Really bad service ,I think manager was have a bad day , we got there not even a hi .. he was on his phone all the time,made made my pizza with out gloves and His rings on.5/19/23. 1:10 pm
