During my recent visit, I was left disappointed by the service provided. I waited for 12 minutes while they tried to locate my order, and not once did anyone apologize for the delay. At one moment, they could have prepared a new pizza for me, but they ultimately found my original one, which the delivery driver finally brought out.
The woman in charge didn’t communicate at all, and when I inquired about ice, her response of "no" was delivered in a rather rude tone. Overall, the level of service was inadequate. No one updated me about the additional 15-minute wait, resulting in me receiving cold pizza. Their promise of a two-minute wait felt like a joke in the end.

Last night, November 5, 2022, I ordered three pizzas from Domino's Pizza. Although the website showed that the order was on its way, the delivery took over 20 minutes longer than expected. When the pizzas finally arrived, they were barely lukewarm. One pizza, which was supposed to have extra cheese and sausage according to the menu, had very little cheese on it. I contacted the store to report the problem and was promised a replacement within an hour and a half, but it never arrived. I'm very disappointed with Domino's Pizza.
I was really disappointed with my experience today, both with the delivery and how the female manager handled my call. My order arrived cold after more than 35 minutes of being "on its way," and a sauce was missing. Instead of an apology, I was given an excuse. No refund was offered for the missing items, and the chicken wings I received were burnt on the outside and raw with a pink interior. I would suggest choosing Pizza Hut or another restaurant instead, as both the food and service were below expectations.
I was treated very rudely during my visit. I’m giving this place a one-star review. When I called to express my concerns, the manager answered but hung up on me because she didn’t want to engage in any lighthearted conversation. It's disappointing to see that some people don’t embrace a little fun. I can only imagine how this attitude affects the staff, especially the younger employees. It really makes me feel sorry for them.
