I was really disappointed with the portion of tortilla soup in the "bowl" size, which is supposed to be the larger option. It barely held 4 ounces, not even enough to satisfy my 2-year-old. I also ordered Combo 8, thinking it came with red sauce, rice, and beans, but I guess that wasn't the case. The only thing they didn’t hold back on was the fries and tortilla chips—those were plentiful, at least! It was amusing to see that the soup "bowl" was the same container they used for the salsa that came with the chips.

Most enjoyable! However, the manager, Alex, and one server, had to cover the ENTIRE restaurant! Alex was the host, bartender, busboy, server, etc. The other server was inundated as well. Great job!
I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve tried at this restaurant. The staff are also very friendly. I highly recommend San Jose’s if you’re looking for authentic Mexican food.

Fist time coming there. It was not good at all. Will not go back. My kids food was so dry and my food was not good.
Um, not a fan. Mediocre food, drinks atmosphere as evidenced by the slim crowds. Underwhelmed, average at best.
Delcious ! Except they forgot the jalapeños that comes with it otherwise everything was great.

The corn had very minimal toppings, and the tacos were missing lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes.
The tacos are a bit expensive, but overall it’s a nice place with excellent service!
