The service at the bar was outstanding. However, the food didn't quite meet my expectations based on what I had read in other reviews. The grilled oysters were delicious, though smaller than I anticipated. On the other hand, the crab cakes resembled a mushy crab pancake and weren’t very appetizing, especially considering the high prices for fine dining. I might return for a drink and some raw oysters in the future.
Even at 9 PM, the food was fresh and the service was excellent. My husband ordered grilled oysters, while I had chicken tenders alongside double Parmesan fries. The portions were quite generous, so I even had a snack to take home for lunch the following day. I really appreciate the option to dine outdoors, especially with the perfect weather and a nice breeze coming from the lakeside view we enjoyed.

Even at 9pm they have fresh food and great service. Hubby got some grilled oysters and I got chicken tenders with double parm fries. The portions were pretty large and I had a snack to take home for lunch the next day. I love that we can dine outside.The weather was perfect with a good breeze from the lake side view we had.
The waitress didn’t check on us to see if we needed any refills. The clams, mozzarella, and fries were delicious, but the burger was packed with gristle and veins, which was quite off-putting. I ended up not being able to eat much. The meal was over quickly! However, the atmosphere was nice.
I give Tiki West five stars plus. Last night the staff aided me as a single woman in a very bad situation. They made me feel safe and and we're so helpful to me. They went way beyond their job. Thank you so much to the staff. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. God bless you all.
Our favorite reataurant for seafood in Tavares. Our family had a great evening, ate outside, watched a beautiful sunset. My son devoured the crab legs. My husband and I shared steamed oysters, conch fritters and the ahi tuna appetizer. We love everything about Tiki West. Always a delight! Réservez une table maintenant
Great food and service. The nachos are huge and delicious! Beautiful flare on traditional nachos. The Jalapeño Poppers sounded well on the menu, but did not live until the description. On Wednesday and Saturday they have $9.99 a lb peek and eats. Great deal.
