I regret to say that I keep returning to the Domino's Pizza in Eustis. I placed an order for pizza and cinnamon twists at 1:04 PM, and was told the delivery would be between 1:20 and 1:30 PM. When I called at 1:51 PM, a gentleman who did not give his name checked on my order and informed me that it was "next to be made." To be made! His excuse was that he had just arrived and didn’t know what was going on. I asked why I hadn't been notified about the delay, and he didn’t have an answer. When I requested the name and number of the store manager, he mentioned she would be in at 4 PM, but didn’t provide her name. I also inquired about a refund for my card, since I shouldn’t have been charged in...
This place is disgusting. They’ve messed up my order (light sauce, extra cheese…pretty hard to f’ that up I’d think… multiple times in a row now, and their pizza tastes old and musty… sometimes even like a gamey piece of meat (if u know what I’m talking about, then u know… Tonight was the first time I bothered to call and complain, and the manager could only offer me a credit, or to remake and redeliver my pizza… Had to opt for the credit, which is too bad, because I will never be ordering from this location again.
This store SUCKS the female manager is always yelling at everybody when I come in. I was told BY AN EMPLOYEE that they use products past their expiration date. They always get my order wrong. All of them have MULTIPLE piercings in their nose, a FOOD SAFTEY VIOLATION. Every employee is so unprofessional. Worst Dominos in Lake County, don’t come here.
Order food with grubhub. No forks, napkins, straws! Grubhub refuses to refund. Call manager and complain. 4 days later try again, Caesar salad, no straws, no napkins, 2 spoons too eat with...Pathetic!! Untrainable crew!!! Goodbye Wendy's Eustis!!!

Overall, we really enjoy Domino's, but we especially appreciate the kindness they showed when we made a mistake. We just want to say thank you, and our meal was delicious!
It may not be New York-style pizza, but it's always tasty and dependable. The pizza is good, and there are excellent deals for families on a budget.
One of the best pizza places ever!!! The GM was amazing in helping us with our order. Such a sweet person!!!
